Membership Terms and Conditions

By becoming a member of Women of Grace Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions

1. Membership Fee*: The registration fee (200 Ghana cedis or $50) and monthly dues (100 Ghana cedis or $25) are non-refundable.
2. Consistency*: Membership benefits, including financial support, are available after four months of consistent membership.
3. Financial Support*: Financial support is provided for bereavement, childbirth, and marriage ceremonies, funded by contributions from all members except the one in need.
4. Participation*: Members are encouraged to actively participate in club events, workshops, and volunteer opportunities.
5. Conduct*: Members are expected to maintain respectful and supportive interactions within the club.
6. Privacy*: Personal information provided will be used solely for club activities and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
7. Termination*: The club reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of the terms and conditions.

Instructions for Submission

1. Complete all fields in the registration form.
2. Upload proof of payment for the registration fee and monthly dues.
3. Ensure you read and agree to the terms and conditions by ticking the box.
4. Sign and date the form.
5. Submit the completed form via our website or email to [info@womenofgraceclub.com].
